Shaban Alajbegu was born in 1980 in Debar. He completed primary and secondary education in his hometown. He graduated from the University of Tetovo and obtained the professional title of Graduated Lawyer.
– From 2007 to 2010, he worked at Procredit Bank.
– From 2012 to 15.07.2024, he worked at the High School ,,28th November” in Debar while from 16.07.2024 he was appointed as Acting Director of the State Educational Inspectorate.
He knows several foreign languages.
